The general terms and conditions of sale described below outline the rights and obligations of the seller and its customer. The conditions apply to all purchases made via the www.adelinamars.com website.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and you may not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).

Detailed descriptions of the products being sold can be found on the product sheets.
The photos aim to be as accurate as possible, but cannot ensure an exact match with the actual product, especially when it comes to colours, which may differ depending on the computer screen.
The seller cannot be held liable for any errors.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3 – SIZES
Make sure you know your exact ring size. Don’t guess your size or measure your finger with a tape measure.
To find out the exact size of your finger, you can print out the ring size chart (in its original size, without scaling) on the “your size” tab. You can also go to any jewelry store or buy a ring sizer on the Internet.
Resizing a ring will cost: The cost will depend on the type of ring and the resizing, as well as shipping charges.

4 – Price
The prices shown on the site are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price shown on the site on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer. Orders are dispatched from France therefore, no customs duties apply to deliveries within the European Union. For sales outside the European Union, customs clearance and payment of various duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Adelina Mars reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense and are specified when the order is placed in the boutique.
The seller is a micro-enterprise and VAT is not applicable.
5 – ORDERS
To validate an order, the Customer must follow the various steps set out on the www.adelinamars.com website. Once the order has been validated by the Customer, this means that he/she accepts all the stipulations and this takes on the value of a contract.
To avoid any errors, we recommend that Customers carefully check the details of their order (product, price, quantity) in the order summary on the Site, modify or correct any errors before confirming the purchase, and repeat this check on receipt of the order confirmation e-mail.
The customer chooses the delivery address, payment method, and confirms the purchase by clicking the appropriate button. The Customer then accepts the present General Terms and Conditions before proceeding to payment.
The order becomes firm when payment has been accepted and the Customer receives an order confirmation email.
6 – CANCELLATION
The buyer has 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement.
Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging, to enable them to be marketed at a later date.
Any item not complying with these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
In the event of loss or damage to the returned parcel, we will not be able to reimburse the order, and the purchaser must make a claim directly with the carrier.
7 – TERMS OF PAYMENT
The price is due at the time the order is placed.
The site offers payment by credit card – CB, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
When you make a payment on our site, all information is protected by the HTTPS protocol. The price is payable in full on the day the order is placed by the buyer.

Adelina Mars reserves the right to suspend any order and any delivery in the event of refusal of authorization of payment by bank card by the officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment. In particular, Adelina Mars reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a customer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order, or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
The on-line provision of the purchaser’s credit card number and the final validation of the order shall constitute proof of the purchaser’s agreement in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000, and shall constitute payment of the sums due in respect of the order and express signature and acceptance of all operations carried out.
Adelina Mars reserves the right to refuse any suspicious transaction, deleting any order registration, particularly if the quantities of products ordered are abnormally high.
Adelina Mars also reserves the right to refuse payment and cancel orders:
- for a delivery address that is not listed
- if there is any doubt about the validity of the order
- if the Customer cannot be contacted
8 – SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY
Shipping is free for deliveries in France and abroad.
Delivery will be sent to the address provided in the order. Please be precise when providing a delivery address and check that your name is clearly visible on your letterbox. Any re-shipment caused by a lack of precision in the delivery address will be at the buyer’s expense. Any denial shall not lead to a claim or retraction.
The orders made on www.adelinamars.com website are solely for personal use, and customers or recipients are not permitted to resell all or any portion of the products. . The seller may not be held liable for failure to pay any taxes for which the customer is liable. Because of availability, an order might be delivered in multiple shipments. The customer must check the condition of the products on receipt. If there is any damage, customers must clearly mention their concerns on the delivery note and send a registered letter with a signed-for-delivery acknowledgement to the carrier within three (3) days of receiving the package. The customer must also inform the seller by registered letter with a signed-for-delivery acknowledgement of any transport damage within eight (8) days of receipt. No claims will be accepted if these formalities are not complied with.

Adelina Mars owns and retains the exclusive intellectual property rights to all products on the www.adelinamars.com site. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, distribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site, whether software, visual or audio.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order).

13 – Special orders
Special orders (made-to-measure, bespoke) are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The contract is considered valid once we receive the signed and dated quote and the payment of the total amount (VAT inc.), through the proposed payment method.
14 – DISPUTES
French law governs the use of our website and the purchase of items through it. Any dispute relating to the use of this website or these contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts. If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
